Who is Friends of Swift?

Friends of Swift is a non-profit organization that partners with George B. Swift Specialty School, families and the community to help children see, believe and achieve their dreams. We work with the Local School Council and the Parent Advisory Council to provide fundraising opportunities for Swift School.

When did Friends of Swift start?

Friends of Swift formed in June of 2013 as a group of friends and neighbors who longed to help students at Swift see, believe and achieve their dreams. Since then Friends of Swift has grown to include many community members, parents, and businesses throughout Edgewater and Chicago.
